| Registration If your team is interested in participating in an upcoming WoodinvilleIndoor League, please review the following applicable guidelines, fill in the following form, and click on "Request Registration":
- Leagues are formed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Registration fee for 8-game season is $775.00 ($574.45 league fee + $50.55 tax league fee + $150 team membership fee) Adults. Winter 1 youth season $595.00 for six games ($409.01 league fee + $35.99 sales tax + $150 team membership fee).
- Forward your $200.00 deposit to: Woodinville Indoor Soccer Center, P.O. Box 871, Woodinville WA 98072. Deposit must be paid before we will schedule a team. Deposits are refundable only if we are unable to schedule your team.
- Complete League fee is due at the first game. All teams who pay prior to game 1 will receive $75.00 off the league fee.
- Complete rosters must be turned in at the first game (available in the Center office).
- No refunds once the season begins.
- Effective Winter I 2004, yearly player cards will be mandatory for all players (no player card fee).
