Waiver and Release of Liability 

The Woodinville Indoor Soccer Center furnishes only the athletic facility. The Waiver and Release of Liability establishes that all participants using WoodinvilleIndoor understand and accept this.

Team Roster and Release  

Teams participating in play at WoodinvilleIndoor must complete a Team Roster, which must be turned in prior to the first league game. Changes will be permitted prior to the 3rd game. Failure to comply will result in automatic forfeiture of all games played with illegal play(s).
